Manufactured since 2001 in more than 100 units, it has
been our answer to the German WINNER.
The machine is only used to lift the plastic film and carry the boxes.
The saving in terms of harvest costs is not more than 20%.
The difficulties faced in finding a valid solution led the 3 European
manufacturers to design different machines according to local trends.
We decided to supply a modular system to be assembled according to the
customer's needs and thus meet any possible requests. Such design system
allows us to provide 5,200 different versions.
The best cost/depreciation ratio is offered by the "LONG VEHICLE" version which, at the same price, allow 2-3 operators to work together.
However the final solution will be the automatic harvesting
robot which will really cut harvesting and sorting costs by 80%, thus
making Europe competitive on the global market.

Two motors - 670W continuous power and 1.9 kW starting, fitted with 4 brushes each, sealed IP55 casing, convection cooling system, made with materials that can resist to temperatures up to 80°C.

Battery weight close to the ground to lower the centre of gravity and eliminate pitching caused by acceleration and braking.

Large battery housing where 3 different types of batteries can be fit to meet any autonomy needs.
NEW:
Over time this model has undergone major changes to
solve a number of problems faced by farmers. The very last news is the
so-called CAB (Automatic Battery Control).
This system has been specially designed and manufactured to prevent
batteries from going flat and increase their duration: 3 years for flat
plate batteries and 5 years for tubular batteries. The system, implemented
two years ago, works as follows:

- (A) measures the battery charge every 10 seconds, calculates the average value every 10 minutes and send it to a 10-light display.

- As the batteries reach 21 volts, a "low charge warning" buzzer is activated
-
- As the batteries reach 20 volts, the machine stops automatically and a red LED illuminates.
- To bring the machine back to your premises, you simply have to hold the system disable pushbutton (B) pressed down.
As the machine works on very wet soils, it features new stainless steel bearings on the drive hubs. This prevents the hubs from getting stuck because of rust during inactivity.
