F.A.D.
The machine is characterized by an automatic drive system with no operator onboard, which we have specially designed and named FAD - Field Automatic Drive. The system works with low-intensity electromagnetic waves and moves the machine even between narrow lines, with a 5cm lateral tolerance. As no satellite or laser system is used, it can work even inside warehouses and greenhouses.
When the machine reaches the headland, the automatic system slows down the speed, detects the reset direction (right or left) and continues to work in the new direction.

P.E.I.
The machine is fitted with an electric outlet (PEI) to connect various tools.
The PEI can be activated either automatically by the machine itself when it is in the straight direction and it automatically stops when there is a bend, or manually by the operator at the bottom of the field, using the remote control.

D.L. + CAB
As the machine is independent and far away from the farmer, we have specially designed a visual signalling system. It consists of 3 lights, 2 at the front and 1 at the back.
A specific colour corresponds to every work condition of the machine.
Moreover, the 3 lights blinks in red to indicate any problems in the system, including the battery charge.

ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM
All machines are fitted with an anti-theft system. Only the owner of the remote control can enable the machine start-up using the personal password.

SAFETY
In the event of problems, loss of direction signal or any approaching people, the machine automatically stops. It is also possible to stop the machine using the remote control. To restart the machine, press the START button.
The machine has a radio transmitter with a range up to 300 m.

MANOEUVRABILITY
The machine turns by changing the 2 motors' revolutions. This ensures a wheel is in the forward direction and a wheel in the reverse direction, with a 1.50 m steering radius. It is possible to adjust the forward, backward and steering speed either manually by using the joystick or automatically by means of the selector featuring preset speeds.
The machine includes a digital odometer - also useful to measure pesticides spraying -, a stereo radio and an hour-meter.

SIZE
The current model is specially designed to work within greenhouses, but in the future we envisage to modify the frame to use it for many agricultural works.

ACCESSORIES
For the summer 2010 the following accessories are available:

• 1 low-volume sprayer with 200-lt tank
• 1 hydraulically lifting platform

In the future we envisage to add the following:

• 1 lawnmower for golf courses or solar panel fields
• 1 selective soil tilling system to use among vegetables.
